How does 1 task at a time work?

Once you send us a new task, your project manager goes through the submitted design brief to check if the details are clear and sufficient to create the required design. Once the design is complete, the project manager shall share them with you for evaluation. You can provide us with a feedback for revision or approve the and request a new task.

How can I send a new task?

You can send us a new task using the design brief link. You can download the design brief document offline and share it with your team to fill it offline and share it with your project manager. If neither of these works for you, just describe your requirement with a simple email to your project manager.

What details do you require for the tasks?

To create great designs, we require the following details – the more the merrier:

Summary of the purpose of the illustration
Brief description of what you require in the illustration
Color – Any preferable colors, colors to avoid
Style – inspirations, reference images
Any concept that you want us to try

What is your turn around time?

Most of our projects are completed within 2-3 days. On average, simple tasks take 1-2 days to be completed, moderate tasks take 2-4 days, complex tasks take around 4-8 days

Can I queue tasks?

Yes, you can queue tasks. As soon as we complete one task, we can immediately move on to the next task in queue. You can queue tasks by describing your requirement on a simple email or by filling up the shared design brief form.

What all page builders do you support?

We currently support Beaver Builder, Divi Builder, WPBakery, Visual Composer, Oxygen Builder and Elementor. If you are working on something not supported here, let us know and we can check it out and see if we can support it in our services

What all project management softwares do you integrate with?

We currently integrate with your team on Slack, Trello, Airtable, Dropbox, Asana, Jira, Github, Bitbucket, G-suite, Telegram, Skype, Zoom, GotoMeetings, Basecamp, Notion, Zeplin. If you are managing projects on a software that is not supported here, let us know and we shall try to include it in our services.

Who has the ownership of the designs and codes?

You get 100% ownership of the designs and codes the moment we deliver them to you. You can use these designs and codes as you seem fit.

Am I bound to any contract?

No, you are subscribed on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual subscription. Subscribe when you require our help and unsubscribe when you are done

Do you provide any discounts for Non-profit Organizations?

Yes, we provide 1 month of Free Service to Non-profit Organizations on Annual Subscription.

What if I do not require your subscription?

You can cancel your subscription with Draftss by contacting your account manager or with a simple email on [email protected] with your registered email address.
