How does the Active Task system work?

Your plan decides how many tasks we work on at the same time. With 1 Active Task, the team works on one task at a time. With 3 Active Tasks, three run in parallel. You can queue unlimited additional tasks behind them.

What does "unlimited" mean?

Unlimited means you can request any number of design or marketing tasks & our team will work through them. There's no cap on requests. The number of tasks worked on simultaneously depends on your plan.

Can I request multiple projects at the same time?

Yes. Add as many tasks as you want to your queue. Your Active Task limit determines how many are worked on simultaneously.

How do I submit a task?

Yes. A once-in-a-while urgent request can usually be accommodated, depending on team availability. Repeated urgent requests may not be, as the team manages work based on the regular task queue.

Yes. Draftss offers a 7-day free trial for new customers.

What's included in the 7-day free trial?

You can submit real design work during the 7-day trial. The trial includes 1 Active Task & all trial work is delivered with a watermark. Website development & marketing work are not included. Once you move to a paid subscription, you can request the source files for your completed work.

How many Active Tasks do I get during the trial?

You get 1 Active Task during the trial, even if you choose a 3 Active Task plan.

Can I submit real tasks during the trial?

Yes. The trial is built for you to try the service with real work.

Are development & marketing included in the trial?

No. Website development & marketing services are not included during the free trial.

Will I be charged after the trial?
