Once you send us a new task, your project manager goes through the submitted design brief to check if the details are clear and sufficient to create the required design. Once the design is complete, the project manager shall share them with you for evaluation. You can provide us with a feedback for revision or approve and request a new task.

You can send us a new task using the design brief link. You can download the design brief document offline and share it with your team to fill it offline and share it with your assigned project manager. If neither of these works for you, just describe your requirement with a simple email to your project manager.

To create great designs, we require the following details – the more the merrier:

• Summary of the purpose of the illustration
• Brief description of what you require in the illustration
• Color – Any preferable colors, colors to avoid
• Style – inspirations, reference images
• Any concept that you want us to try

Most of our projects are completed within 2-3 days. On average, simple tasks take 1-2 days to be completed, moderate tasks take 2-4 days, complex tasks take around 4-8 days.

Yes, you can queue tasks. As soon as we complete one task, we can immediately move on to the next task in queue. You can queue tasks by describing your requirement on a simple email or by filling up the shared design brief form.
