Social Media Design

Social output this month spanned fitness tech, consumer packaged goods, awareness campaigns, and B2B software, reflecting the range of industries relying on Draftss for ongoing content calendars. The volume stayed high, with several posts produced for the same clients across the month to keep their feeds active and visually consistent.

App-focused clients continued to be a major driver of social content, with a fitness coaching platform requesting multiple posts to showcase specific in-app features like workout tracking and check-in streaks, content designed to work both as organic posts and paid ad creative. Consumer product brands took a more lifestyle-driven approach, using bright, appetite-triggering visuals for a hydration drink launch and clean, benefit-forward messaging for a gaming router release.

Across the month, the throughline was platform-appropriate design: Instagram-first graphics leaned visual and punchy, while LinkedIn-facing content stayed clean and information-dense, matching how each audience actually consumes content on that channel.

Print output this month spanned product packaging, trade show advertising, and branded merchandise, reflecting the range of physical-world touchpoints brands still rely on alongside their digital presence.

Packaging work included a full product label for a natural deodorant spray, where the design had to balance regulatory information (ingredients, usage directions) with clean, shelf-ready branding that communicates the product’s natural positioning at a glance.

Merchandise work included a tote bag mockup, giving the client a realistic preview of how their branding would translate onto a physical product before committing to a print run, a step that helps avoid costly reprints from color or scale issues that only show up once something is physically produced. A multi-platform rideshare fare-comparison app, along with a social banner supporting a podcast launch. Both projects required tight, scroll-stopping messaging within a small format, where every word and visual element has to earn its place.

Illustration Design

Illustration work this month centered on character-driven storytelling, built for clients who needed a distinct, ownable visual identity rather than stock-style imagery. The output ranged from simple, flat character designs suited for quick social or web use, to more detailed scene-based artwork meant to carry an emotional or narrative tone.

Across every project, the team balanced personality with usability: illustrations were built with clean linework and scalable compositions so they hold up whether used as a small social thumbnail or blown up for a printed piece. This flexibility is a recurring requirement for clients who plan to reuse the same asset across multiple formats.

Dashboard UI Design

Product design work this month included a full driver wallet flow for a rideshare app and a dashboard redesign for a voice-casting marketplace, both requiring the team to balance information density with an intuitive, low-friction user experience.

The voice-casting dashboard redesign focused heavily on discoverability, restructuring how users browse and book voice talent so the most-used actions surface faster, without requiring a redesign of the underlying user flow. This kind of incremental UI improvement is common for platforms that already have an established user base and can’t afford to disrupt existing habits with a full overhaul
