Podcast Website Design Feedback: ZenCast.fm

Hello Founders, We are covering ZenCast.fm for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: The logo can be better. In the navbar, replace “Get started” with “Sign up”. The title “Host and publish…” is not aligned with the logo. The opening title is pretty good. It explains your product pretty clearly in one go. I am not sure why is there a green “Get started” button, whereas everywhere else you’ve used blue for your branding/buttons. “Get straight to grow…” can be bold, bigger and have a different color. “No technical skills needed” title can be bigger. Repeat this for all other similar titles. There should be Pricing Plans above “Start your free 14-day trial today”. I would want to click here, but I would like to know your pricing and then decide if I would like to get the 14-day free trial. Add a reference ID to every button to determine which of your CTA buttons are performing better. All feature titles should be bigger and bold. Best ways to optimize your product using free tools in 2019

The past year had been full of innovations. We have seen quite a few emerging side-projects morphing into startups. Out of this clutter only a handful number of products managed to survive by providing good features/services. You will see a lot of dead projects everywhere which failed to get any traction. However, the startup industry is such that founders create a product, make mistakes, learn and improvise. Here is a list of few FREE products that you have probably heard of a bazillion times. And here is how we make the most of it . Live Chat – Tawk.to A very simple chat tool that offers most of its features in the free tier. The best feature we loved is that we can proactively initiate a chat/conversation with your website visitors and app users. There are loads of other popular chat products the only offer this feature in paid packages. We usually get a spike of traffic when we get featured on platforms like IndieHackers, HackerNews, ProductHunt, Reddit, etc. At such instances we keep ourselves glued to the chat platform looking for opportunities to start engaging a conversation with our visitors. After investing a good amount of time in monitoring traffic on our website; we have come up with certain growth hacks/tactics/rules that help us in creating engagement with our visitors. Rule A: Let the visitor checkout our landing page We’ve been tracking the visitor behavior for a long time and we understand that it takes at least 2-3 minutes for an average user to checkout our landing page properly. The visitors who spend more than 2 minutes are visitors who might be interested in knowing more about our product. How do we utilize this best? Ping the customer between 2 minutes 30 seconds to 2 minutes 50 seconds. What do we ping our customer? Not something that introduces us or strives towards selling our product, but rather something that helps us make our product better. Some of the messages can be — Hey, were you able to understand our product offering? What do you think about our landing page? We’d love to know your views about our product? At times this became so engaging that we gave away free packages to customers whom we loved interacting with. “Are you good at keeping a secret?” Rule B: Message people who come repeatedly Which visitor would come to checkout your website again and again? Visitors who are interested in your product in some way or another. Most of these visitors are prospects who would be genuinely interested in buying your product and are evaluating or comparing your services with another. What do we do with these customers? We engage these visitors by asking them direct questions if they would be interested in any of our packages or what exactly are the prospecting? Rule C: No Compulsory Email required to engage a conversation What makes the customer reluctant to speak on live chat? Fear of getting spam, spam & lots of spam in context of follow-ups. We believe that if a visitor is sees value in your product/services, would just buy your product/services. So, we did not make it mandatory for visitors to share their email address to speak with the support team. You can just put your name and get started! This approach makes it accessible for visitors to engage in a conversation with our support team. “Batman meets Ironman on Draftss.com“ Rule D: Sneak peek message real-time Call this stalk-ish, but we love to read what people think and type. With tawk.to you can view what your visitors are typing in real-time. Often we come across a visitor finding difficulty in expressing his thoughts/query in words. But in this confusion of typing, deleting, rephrasing, correcting & sending we are able to understand what the customer is trying to communicate and be proactive in answering the same. Rule E: Send customized URLs and validate if there are CTR Apart from focusing on individual subscribers, we target high-valued clients/sponsorships/partnerships where we need to understand if the person has gone through our website. To do this, we add some customized URLs and check if the person has gone through the website yet. This also helps in recognizing fellow founders from IH, PH, HN & Reddit who reach our website from our comments to their original posts. 2. Heatmap Analytics – Hotjar.com A fantastic tool that every entrepreneur must use to learn about customer behavior on their website. This tool helps in analyzing your customer’s interaction with your product/services. It can be considered as a stalking tool on visitors viewing your website. Hotjar enables you to view what people are browsing, navigating or spending its most time on. Analyze that data and you’d be able to understand the bottlenecks in your sales funnel. In the free version, you can track upto 3 web pages with 1000 visitors each. This tool helped us in identifying and eliminating the bottlenecks in the journey of visitor to make a pleasant experience for your visitor. Here are a few quick things we optimized at draftss.com using Hotjar to understand our customers better: A. User Recordings You can record 300 recordings in the free plan. This is sufficient to check how visitors experience your website overall. We focus on observing the visitor journey and identify buyers from non-buyers by making a pattern of the journey taken by successful buyers. We started by observing the places where the visitor navigates, the places where the visitor spends most of the time reading or if the user was interested to check out the pricing. We found out barriers user was unable to view our Money back guarantee feature and closed the tab before completely viewing the whole website. We identified more of these red flags during checkout process and understood better why people were abandoning their cart. B. Heatmap This feature helps you visualize the visitor’s engagement on your website. You can understand what your users interact with on your site

Futuristic Sci-fi Landing Page Design Feedback: SearchTile.com

Hello Founders, We are covering SearchTile.com for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of Sci-fi landing page design: The logo can be better. Reduce the font size of “Beta”. Add a CTA below “Place an Ad”. This would improve your conversion rate. The whole globe thing is pretty amazing and futuristic. The tile is not clickable on the mobile phone. I am not entirely sure why would I want to use a 3D classified ad. Is there something I am missing here? Does it solve any other problem from any other classified website rather than only difference being 3D? At the moment, the 3D looks very cool and futuristic, however, I wouldn’t be able to use it for a longer period of time. After a few minutes, the aww factor goes away. I guess there is scope in the UI to make it more futuristic if that is your end goal. The top search bar could be redone much better. Even the Tiles could be done much better. Try a bit more blue version for the tiles. Add some borders to all the images. Tiles can have a bit more round corners. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. Crypto style Landing Page Feedback: MontiAPM.com

Hello Founders, We are covering MontiAPM.com for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: The website does not load at (www.montiapm.com). Set a redirect for “www”. The overall website looks too bland. “Make your meteor apps” font size should be bigger and have less spacing below. The visitor will first read “Fast and…” and then read “Make your meteor…” because of the bigger font size. Reducing the space would make both sentences to be read together instead of separately. Production monitoring, Detailed Traces, Error Reporting, etc. does not look proportional. The image is too big and the content on the left is too small proportionally. Either add more content on the left or reduce the image size on the right. Production monitoring is not aligned to the left as per the other similar sections like Detailed Traces, Error Reporting, etc. The complete pricing section can be better. In the common questions section, there is space on the left but no space on the right. If you check out the customer journey, features on left, the pricing is center, the common questions is left and then center again. Try having everything proportional. “Do you have any other questions” and “We are happy to help you out” should be center aligned. Repeat all the links in the footer for better visitor navigation. Your landing page would look much much better if you align everything inside a container and to the left. The landing page does not open properly in Firefox. (Attached Screenshot) If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. Just head over to Getfeedback and subscribe to get FREE feedback for your landing page UI/UX. Real Estate Landing Page Design Feedback: GetSpeedToLead.com

Hello Founders, We are covering GetSpeedToLead.io for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: The website would look much more beautiful if the navbar can be aligned to the whole container of the website. Align the sub-title to the left of the title. Align the “Book a Free Call” to the left of the title and increase the button size. We are not sure if the background design goes with the branding of the website. However, the phone graphic is pretty good. The Maximum conversion section has a generic graphic gives a tone that your brand is a generic lead generation company. Rather you should brand yourself as something modern, unique, innovative and different from others. We are not sure if your target audience would like to read the word “Cool” on your landing page. Change that to some other adjective. I believe the pricing section should be better. The “Book a call” button should be inside the boxes. Too much text in the start. The header, titles, subtitle, everything together. Try eliminating the unnecessary content. Highlight the best plan for your user. Currently, I am not sure which plan should I go for. Recommending the best plan would enable the user to The pricing comparison section looks helpful to the user. In the “What our agents are saying” having 5 stars for all of them looks fake. You should have 4-4.5 stars in all of them or remove the stars entirely. The footer can be better. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. Modern Landing Page Design Feedback: Ideanote.io

Hello Founders, We are covering IdeaNote.io for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: The website would look much more beautiful if the navbar can be aligned to the whole container of the website. (Screenshot attached) The text in the logo “ideanote.io” should be bigger. Once the website is open, after reading the first header, I am not sure what Idea Note really does. It would be really great and easy for all your visitors to understand what your product is in one go if you could re-write the current simple copy to a much more simpler and to-the-point version. Increase the font size of “Trusted by 20,000+ companies – Big and Small”. Increase the brand icons. You have really good brands to showcase. Loved the font used on the website. Unsure if “One central hub…” section is completely center aligned. There seems to be more space on the left empty space vs right empty space. Maybe it’s because of the leaning blob on the right. Fix it. The “How it works” section is a bit confusing. I am not sure what to read. Example: How might this idea be improved? & the text size below “Tonya @Thomas from analytics has worked in the shipping industry” are same. This confuses me what to read. This is the same for all the steps in the “How it works” section. So increasing the font size of the title would enforce the visitor to read the question first and then move to the answer. Your overall website is very lovely, but I strongly believe there can be a lot of UX improvements that can be done for better conversion. I really loved the section at the bottom of the footer. E-commerce Website Landing Page Design Feedback: CosakiClub.com

Hello Everyone, We are covering CosakiClub.com for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page design: Beautiful logo. Loved it. The website layout that you have is very artsy. I am not sure if it is very much converting. Change color of the “Cart” icon to Pink from the “Sign up” flap. Not sure if the website should have the reviews in the hero section. It should be opened with your product. Description above the product should have a bigger font size to make it more readable. The features section should have a title. Quotes should be together in one paragraph. The current place of the second quote should have a title “How to use” The icons in the “We are…” section should be bigger in size. There should be a FAQ section after “We are…” section. After the FAQ section, there should be the “Reviews” section and then the “Instagram tag” section should be placed. The black color “Reviews” flap from the right side of the screen can be put next to the sign-up flap in the bottom right. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. German Graphic Designer Landing Page Feedback: MaisonAmi.com

Hello Everyone, We are covering MaisonAmi.com for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the designer landing page UI/UX: The logo is touching the top and bottom of the navbar. Either make the logo small or increase the navbar height or you could move the logo to the left of the name. Increase the “Start now” icon and text size. Add all links in the navbar. (features, how it works, pricing, faq) Align the whole website as per the length of the text in the navbar. This way the whole website would look proportional and much more readable. Move the icons to the left in the features section and text on the right. Change the color of the icons to golden in the features section. Change the background color of “No stress, no problem…” section from grey to golden. Change the color of the icon background to golden in the how it works section. Reduce the empty spacing below the “how it works” icons. “Here we go!” call to action should be bigger with better text content inside the button. Pricing is not so great. Should be redone better. Repeat just the logo icon in the footer for better brand recognition. Add all links in the footer for better user navigation. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. UI/UX Feedback for Landing Page: PullnEdit.app

Hello Everyone, We are covering SightWords.app for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: The font size of the title text “An Easy To Use Sight Words App For Kids” can be bigger. The font size of the text “The perfect iPad app for kids to learn their basic words!” can be bigger. The design and layout currently are pretty kickass. We absolutely loved it, but the landing page ended abruptly. We were expecting a more detailed explanation about your app on the landing page. You could probably show screenshots of the app so that the user can understand how it looks and feels. You could probably boast some of the features of your app in detail. Probably try reaching us again for feedback once you have more content on the landing page. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too. tability artsy and abstract logo design

Abstract Landing Page UI/UX Feedback: Tability.io

Hello Everyone, We are covering Tability.io for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: Wonderful logo & the style of graphics used on the landing page. However, I do feel that you are not using the style to maximize it. Basically, use the empty spaces to do more stuff. I’ve done something for reference. (Reference Image Attached #1) The header image should be a little on top. Not sure if green is the right color for the landing page. Try playing with other colors to make the website look more interesting. (Reference Image Attached #2) Difficult to understand how does the product work on the landing page. You have very well explained on how it is helping me and my business but it would be great if you could share real screens of the app as well on the landing page so I can make out how it looks like. I see that you have a different pricing page, which is fine. But maybe you can also include it at the end of your main landing page so that people know that they are signing up for a free package and what does a paid package looks like. In the footer, along with the icon of the logo, mention the name of the website as well. People can easily get confused if the product is tability or tabilify or something else. Implementing this would help with building better brand recognition by your visitors. Since it is an “.io” domain you can add it to the logo to avoid letting people go to the .com domain name. Feedback for Web UI/UX: GetEasyMove.com

Hello Everyone, We are covering GetEasyMove.com for our feedback round. Here are a few suggestions to improve the current version of the landing page UI/UX: Increase the font size of “On-Demand Moving and Furniture…” title text. The favicon should be better. It’s not recognizable. I like the style of the icons, but I’m not entirely sure if it’s working. Maybe it should be re-done better. Add a small title underneath all icons for example “Save Time”, “Save Money”, “Blazing Fast” in the “Professional and Cheap…” section. The app store and play store icon should be below the mobile phone images. “On-demand Apartment & House Moving Help…” All text in this section should be left aligned. Change the background of testimonial from grey to blue, all text to white and stars to golden. (Reference Image Attached) Change the color of “Enter phone number” text box to white color. Repeat the same logo in the footer again to build a better brand recognition by your visitors. If you want Landing Page feedback for your website too.
